LC has been commissioned by Catena to construct an 11,100 sqm logistics facility in Åstorp in northern Skåne.
The property will be leased to Seafrigo Nordic, an international third-party logistics company that focuses on the handling and storage of food. For this reason, the property will contain refrigeration and freezer facilities, and backup power will be installed to ensure continuous operation in the event of a prolonged power failure. The order value is SEK 100 million.
Solar panels will be installed on the roof and the whole facility will have Silver level certification from the Sweden Green Building Council.
