In the autumn of 2019, Logistic Contractor completed the construction of a warehouse and offices for online retailer Nordic Nest near Kalmar. The property owner, the M2 Group, has now signed a contract with Logistic Contractor for an extension of the property. An additional 12,000 sqm of mainly warehouse space will be added to the existing building, which will have an area of almost 20,000 sqm after the extension is completed. The order value is SEK 84 million.
