Logistic Contractor has signed an agreement with Verdion to construct a logistics facility of 15,000 sqm in the Bäckebol area in Gothenburg. This marks LC’s second project for Verdion. The facility will be certified according to BREEAM, with the ambition to achieve the Excellent level.
