For Klinga Logistikpark AB, LC will build a logistics facility in Norrköping of 31,000 sqm, of which 6,000 sqm in a mezzanine floor. The facility is the first stage in a new logistics park. It will be built in accordance with the customer’s environmental program and designed to provide the opportunity for certification in the future. Among other things, a geothermal heating system will be installed and the roof will be prepared for the installation of solar cells. Construction will start at the beginning of April 2022 and the planned production time is estimated at eleven months. The agreement is conditional on obtaining a building permit.
Norwegian developer and property owner Fabritius Gruppen has chosen LC as the turnkey contractor for a logistics facility at Viared’s industrial area just west of Borås. The owners of the property will be Fabritius and KID ASA. The area amounts to a total of 26,000 sqm, including a mezzanine floor of 4,000 sqm and offices of 1,600 sqm. The entire facility is specifically adapted to Hemtex AB’s needs, with a state-of-the-art warehouse that is prepared for the installation of a comprehensive automation solution for automated handling of stocked goods. Certification will take place according to Miljöbyggnad Silver and the roof is designed to enable future installation of solar cells. Work on site will begin in mid-March 2022 and the construction time is estimated at one year.
The total order value for the two facilities amounts to SEK 310 million.
