Logistic Contractor, which is part of the Wästbygg Gruppen, has signed an agreement as turn-key contractor for a logistics facility in Ilvesvuori, Nurmijärvi with the real estate company, Kiinteistö Oy Koskelonteollisuus 1. The area totals approximately 9,000 square meters.
With proximity to Helsinki city and airport, Ilvesvuori ranks among the best logistics areas in Finland. The facility will be provided with geothermal heating and a solar cell facility and certification will take place according to Breeam. The building is designed for one or two tenants.

The value of the contract is approximately SEK 102 million. Work on site will begin in December 2022 and the construction time is estimated at one year.
