We will end 2022 in the best way possible. During December, we signed construction agreements for two major logistics facilities in Sweden.
For the logistics developer Verdion, we will build a facility of 17,000 square meters outside Vaggeryd in direct connection to the E4. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 170 million and the facility will be certified according to Breeam Very Good.
The second project is to be built in Örebro and comprises 31,000 square meters. The customer is an international actor who cannot be named at the moment. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 200 million and this facility will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.
For both logistics facilities construction will start in early 2023 and we plan for a production time of approximately one year.
