Many of our clients prefer to lease rather than own their property. After assessing the needs, we enter into a lease agreement. We then acquire land in the desired location, manage the planning and permitting processes, design, plan, and build–all in close collaboration with our future tenant. As we do not act as a property owner ourselves, part of our commitment is to enter into agreements with a long-term owner of the property. Through a well-established and extensive network of strong investors and property companies, we find the right buyer.
